BLOODY MARIA
1oz. Tequila
2oz. Tomato Juice
1dash Lemon Juice
1dash Tabasco
1dash Celery Salt
Shake with all ingredients with cracked ice. Strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add a slice of lemon.

BLUE MARGARITA
1.5oz. Tequila
0.5oz. Blue Curacao
1oz. Lime Juice
Rub rim of cocktail glass with lime juice. Dip rim in coarse salt. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into glass.

MARGARITA
1.5oz. Tequila
0.5oz. Triple Sec
1oz. Lemon or Lime Juice
rub rim of cocktail glass with rind of lemon or lime, dip rim in salt. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into salt-rimmed glass.

MEXICOLA
2oz. Tequila
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Cola
Fill collins glass with ice cubes. Add tequila and lime juice, fill with cola, and stir.

SHADY LADY
1oz. Tequila
1oz. Melon Liqueur
4oz. Grapefruit Juice
Combine ingredients over ice in highball glass. Garnish with a lime and a cherry.

STRAWBERRY MARGARITA
1oz. Tequila
0.5oz. Triple Sec
0.5oz. Strawberry Schnapps
1oz. Lemon or Lime Juice
1oz. Fresh or Frozen Juice
If desired, rub rim of cocktail glass with a rind of lemon or lime , dip rim in salt. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into glass.

TEQUILA SOUR
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1tsp. Powdered Sugar
2oz. Tequila
Shake with ice and strain into sour glass. Decorate with a half slice of lemon and a cherry.

TEQUILA STRAIGHT
1/4 Lemon
1pinch Salt
1.5oz. Tequila
Put salt between thumb and index finger on back of left hand. Hold jigger of tequila in same hand and lemon wedge in right hand. Taste salt, drink the tequila, and then suck lemon.

TEQUILA SUNRISE
2oz. Tequila
4oz. Orange Juice
0.75oz. Grenadine
Stir tequila and orange juice with ice and strain into highball glass. Add ice cubes. Pour in grenadine slowly and allow to settle. Before drinking, stir to complete your sunrise.

TEQUINI
1.5oz. Tequila
0.5oz. Dry Vermouth
1dash Bitters (if desired)
Stir with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Serve with a twist of lemon peel and an olive.
