BACARDI COCKTAIL
1.5oz. Bacardi Rum
Juice of 1/2 Lime
0.5tsp. Grenadine
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

BAHAMA MAMA
0.5oz. Dark Rum
0.5oz. Coconut Liqueur
0.25oz. 151-Proof Rum
0.25oz. Coffee Liqueur
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
4oz. Pineapple Juice
Combine all ingredients and pour over cracked ice into highball glass. Garnish with a strawberry or cherry.

BLACK DEVIL
2oz. Light Rum
0.5oz. Dry Vermouth
Stir with cracked ice and strain into cocktail glass. Add black olive.

BLUE HAWAIIAN
1oz. Light Rum
1oz. Blue Curacao
2oz. Pineapple Juice
1oz. Cream of Coconut
Combine ingredients with one cup crushed ice in blender at high speed. Pour into highball glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.

CUBA LIBRE
Juice of 1/2 Lime
2oz. Light Rum
Cola
Put lime juice and twist of lime into highball glass, and add rum. Fill with cola and ice cubes.

DAQUIRI
Juice of 1 Lime
1tsp. Powdered Sugar
1.5oz Light Rum
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

HURRICANE
1oz. Dark Rum
1oz. Light Rum
1tbsp. Passion Fruit Syrup
2tsp. Lime Juice
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

LOUNGE LIZARD
1oz. Dark Rum
0.5oz. Amaretto
Cola
Pour rum and amaretto into ice-filled collins glass. Fill with cola. Garnish with slice of lime.

MAI-TAI
0.5tsp. Powdered Sugar
2oz. Light Rum
1oz. Triple Sec
1tbsp. Orgeat or Almond-flavored Syrup
1tbsp. Grenadine
1tbsp. Lime Juice
Shake withice and strain into large old-fashioned glass about 1/3 full with crushed ice. Decorate with a maraschino cherry speared to a wedge of fresh pineapple. Serve with straws.

NIGHT CAP
2oz. Light Rum
1tsp. Powdered Sugar
Warm Milk
Put rum and sugar in Irsih coffee glass, fill with warm milk, and stir. Sprinke with nutmeg on top.

PINA COLADA
3oz. Light Rum
3tbsps. Coconut Milk
3tbsps. Crushed Pineapple
Place in blender with two cups of crushed ice and blend at high speed for a short time. Serve with straw.

RAIN MAN
1.25oz. 151-proof Rum
0.75oz. Melon Liqueur
4oz. Orange Juice
Shake and pour into hurricane glass filled with ice.

RUM COLLINS
Juice of 1 Lime
1tsp. Powdered Sugar
2oz. Light Rum
Club Soda
Shake with ice and strain into collins glass. Add several ice cubes, fill with club soda, and stir. Decorate with a slice of lemon and a cherry. Serve with a straw.

RUM HIGHBALL
2oz. Light or Dark Rum
Ginger Ale or Club Soda
Pour rum into highball glass over ice cubes and fill with ginger ale or club soda. Add a twist of lemon peel and stir.

WIKI WAKI WOO
0.5oz. Vodka
0.5oz. Rum
0.5oz. 151-proof Rum
0.5oz. Tequilla
0.5oz. Triple Sec
1oz. Amaretto
1oz. Orange Juice
1oz. Pineapple Juice
1oz. Cranberry Juice
Combine all ingredients with ice, pour into hurricane glass. Garnish with and orange slice and a cherry.

X.Y.Z. COCKTAIL
1tbsp. Lemon Juice
0.5oz. Triple Sec
1oz. Light Rum
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

ZOMBIE
1oz. Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
Juice of 1 Lime
Juice of 1 Small Orange
1tsp. Powdered Sugar
0.5oz. Apricot-flavored Brandy
2.5oz. Light Rum
1oz. Jamaican Rum
1oz. Passion Fruit Syrup (if desired)
0.5oz. 151-proof Rum
Put all ingredients with a half-cup of crushed ice into blender. Blend at low speed for one minute and strain into frosted highball glass. Decorate with stick of pineapple and one green and one red cherry. Carefully float rum and then top with sprig of fresh mint dipped in powdered sugar. Serve with straw.
