1.5oz. Gin
0.75oz. Sweet Vermouth
Stir with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Add a cherry or olive.
EMERALD ISLE COCKTAIL
2oz. Gin
1tsp. Crème de Menthe (Green)
3dash Bitters
Stir with ice and strain into cocktail glass.
FIFTY-FIFTY COCKTAIL
1.5oz. Gin
1.5oz. Dry Vermouth
Stir with ice and strain into cocktail glass.
FLYING DUTCHMAN
2oz. Gin
1dash Triple Sec
Shake with ice and strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.
FOG HORN
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1.5oz. Gin
Ginger Ale
Pour into highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with ginger ale. Stir. Add slice
of lime.
GIN COBBLER
1tsp. Powdered Sugar
2oz. Club Soda
2oz. Gin
Dissolve sugar and club soda in goblet, then fill with ice and add gin. Stir
and decorate with fruits in season. Serve with straws.
GIN COOLER
0.5tsp. Powdered Sugar
2oz. Club Soda
2oz. Gin
Club Soda or Ginger Ale
Into collins glass stir sugar with 2oz. club soda. Fill glass with ice and add
gin. Fill with club soda or ginger ale and stir again. Insert a spiral of orange
or lemon peel and dangle end over rime of glass.
GIN FIZ
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1tsp. Powdered Sugar
2oz. Gin
Club Soda
Shake with ice and strain into highball glass with two ice cubes. Fill with
club soda and stir.
GIN HIGHBALL
2oz. Gin
Ginger Ale or Club Soda
Pour into highball glass over ice cubes and fill with ginger ale or club soda.
Add a twist of lemon peel, if desired, and stir.
GIN RICKEY
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1.5oz. Gin
Club Soda
Pour ingredients into highball glass over ice cubes and fill with club soda.
Stir. Add wedge of lime.
GIN AND SIN
1oz. Gin
1oz. Lemon Juice
1tbsp. Orange Juice
1dash Grenadine
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.
GIN SLING
1tsp Powdered Sugar
1tsp. Water
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
2oz. Gin
Dissolve sugar in water and lemon juice. Add gin. Pour into old-fashioned glass
over ice cubes and stir. Add a twist of orange peel.
GIN SOUR
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1tsp. Powdered Sugar
2oz. Gin
Shake with ice and strain into sour glass. Decorate with a half-slice of lemon
and a cherry.
GIN AND TONIC
1.5oz. Gin
Tonic Water
Pour gin into highball glass over ice cubes and fill with tonic water. Stir.
GREYHOUND
1.5oz. Gin
5oz. Grapefruit Juice
Pour into highball glass over ice cubes. Stir well.
MARTINI (TRADITIONAL 2 TO 1)
1.5oz. Gin
0.75oz. Dry Vermouth
Stir vermouth and gin over ice cubes in mixing glass. Strain into cocktail glass.

Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.
SALTY DOG
1.5oz. Gin
5oz. Grapefruit Juice
0.25tsp. Salt
Pour into highball glass over ice cubes. Stir well. Vodka may be substituted
for gin.

2oz. Tanqueray Gin
Tonic Water
Pour gin over ice cubes into highball glass and fill with tonic water. Stir.
Garnish with lime wedge.
TOM COLLINS
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1tsp. Powdered Sugar
2oz. Gin
Club Soda
Shake with ice and strain into collins glass. Add several ice cubes, fill with
club soda, and stir. Decorate with slices of lemon nd orange and a cherry. Serve
with a straw.
