Hot Coffeea
Into Irish coffee glass rimmed with sugar, pour Irish whiskey. Fill to within half an inch of top with coffee. Cover surface to brim with whipped cream.

ITALIAN COFFEE
0.5oz. Amaretto
Hot Coffee
1.5tbsp. Coffee Ice Cream
Pour amaretto into Irish coffee glass. Fill with hot coffee. Top with coffee ice cream and sprinkle with ground coriander.

JAMAICAN COFFEE
1oz. Coffee-flavored Brandy
0.25oz. Light Rum
Hot Coffee
Pour brandy and rum into coffee mug. Fill with hot coffee. Sweeten to taste. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.

KEOKE COFFEE
1oz. Brandy
1oz. Crème de Cacao (Brown)
Hot Coffee.
Pour brandy and crème de cacao into Irish coffee glass dipped with cinnamon and sugar. Fill with hot coffee. Top with whipped cream.

MEXICAN COFFEE
1oz. Coffee Liqueur
0.5oz. Tequila
Hot Coffee
Stir coffee liqueur and tequila in coffee cup, add coffee, and top with whipped cream.

TRUE ITALIAN COFFEE
1.5oz. Sambuca
Hot Coffee.
Pour amaretto into Irish coffee glass. Fill with hot coffee. Add twist of lemon peel.
