Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass and top with dash of port.

Use cordial glass and carefully float the brandy on top of the Benedictine.

1dash Triple Sec
Stir with cracked ice and strain into cocktail glass.

0.5oz. Crème de Cacao (Brown)
0.5oz. Brandy
0.5oz. Heavy Crème
Shake well with cracked ice and strain into cocktail glass.

BRANDY COLLINS
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1tsp. Powdered Sugar
2oz. Brandy
Club Soda
Shake with cracked ice and strain into collins glass. Add cubes of ice, fill with club soda, and stir. Decorate with a slice of orange or lemon and a cherry. Serve with straws.

BRANDY HIGHBALL
2oz. Brandy
Ginger Ale or Club Soda
Pour brandy over ice into highball glass. Fill with ginger ale or club soda. Add a twist of lemon peel and stir gently.

BRANDY JULEP
5-6 Mint leaves
1tsp. Powdered Sugar
2.5oz. Brandy
Into collins glass put sugar, mint leaves, and brandy. Fill glass with finely shaved ice and stir until mint rises to top, being careful not to bruise leaves. Decorate with a slice of pineapple, orange, lemon, and a cherry. Serve with straws.

BRANDY SLING
1tsp. Powdered Sugar
1tsp. Water
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
2oz. Brandy
Dissolve sugar in water and lemon juice. Add brandy. Serve in old-fashioned glass with cubed ice and twist of lemon peel.

BRANDY AND SODA
2oz. Brandy
Club Soda
Pour brandy into collins glass with ice cubes fill with club soda.

BRANDY SOUR
1.5oz. Brandy
0.5tsp. Powdered Sugar
2oz. Brandy
Shake with ice and strain into sour glass. Decorate with a half-slice of lemon and a cherry.

BRANDY TODDY
0.5tsp. Powdered Sugar
1tsp. Water
2oz. Brandy
1 Ice Cube
Dissolve sugar and water in old-fashioned glass. Add the brandy and the icecube. Stir and add a twist of lemon peel on top.

BRANTINI
1.5oz. Brandy
1oz. Gin
1dash Dry Vermouth
Stir with cracked ice and strain into old-fashioned glass with cubed ice. Add a twist of lemon peel.

CHERRY BLOSSOM
1.5oz. Brandy
0.5oz. Cherry-flavored Brandy
1.5tsp. Triple Sec
1.5tsp. Grenadine
2tsps. Lemon Juice
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass that had its rim moistened with cherry brandy and dipped into powdered sugar. Add maraschino cherry.

SIDECAR COCKTAIL
Juice of 1/4 Lemon
1oz. Triple Sec
1oz. Brandy
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

SINGAPORE SLING
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1tsp. Powdered Sugar
2oz. Gin
Club Soda
0.5oz. Cherry-flavored Brandy
Shake lemon, sugar, and gin with ice and strain into collins glass. Add ice cubes and fill with club soda. Float cherry-flavored brandy on top. Decorate with fruits in season and serve with straws.

SOMBRERO
1.5oz. Coffee-flavored Brandy
1oz. Light Cream
Pour brandy into old fashioned glass over ice cubes. Float cream on top.
