1oz. Lemon Juice
Shake well with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

BOURBON AND WATER
2oz. Bourbon
4oz. Water
Pour bourbon and water into old-fashioned glass. Add ice and twist of lemon peel, if desired.

BOURBON COBBLER
2.5oz. Bourbon
1tbsp. Lemon Juice
2tsp. Grapefruit Juice
1.5tsp. Almond Extract
Combine all ingredients in mixing glass, pour over ice into old-fashioned glass. Decorate with peach slice.

BOURBON HIGHBALL
2oz. Bourbon
Ginger Ale or Club Soda
Fill highball glass with bourbon, ginger ale or club soda, and ice cubes. Add twist of lemon peel, if desired, stir.

BOURBON ON THE ROCKS
2oz. Bourbon
Pour bourbon into old-fashioned glass half fill with ice.

BULL AND BEAR
1.5oz. Bourbon
0.75oz. Orange Curacao
1tbsp. Grenadine
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Shake with cracked ice, strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry and orange slice.

CHAPEL HILL
1.5oz. Bourbon
0.5oz. Triple Sec
1tbsp. Lemon Juice
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Add twist of orange peel.

MINT JULEP
4sprigs Mint
1tsp. Powdered Sugar
2tsp. Water
2.5oz. Bourbon
In collins glass, muddle mint leaves, powedered sugar and water. Fill glass with crushed ice and add bourbon. Top with more ice and garnish with a mint sprig and straws.

RED-HOT PASSION
0.5oz. Bourbon
0.5oz. Amaretto
0.5oz. Southern Comfort
0.25oz. Sloe Gin
1splash Triple Sec
1splash Orange Juice
1splash Pineapple Juice
Pour all ingredients over ice into hurricane glass and stir gently. Garnish with orange slice.

SOUTHERN PEACH
1.5oz. Bourbon
0.1oz. Grenadine
2oz. Orange Juice
2oz. Sour Mix
1oz. Peach Schnapps
Fill hurricane glass with ice. Pour grenadine over ice; add bourbon. Into a blender jar, pour orange juice, sour mix, and schnapps and blend well. Slowly pour mixture into hurricane glass. Garnish with peach slice.
